Job summary

FamilyMart in Seremban, Malaysia is seeking a capable Retail Operations Manager to oversee a group of stores, develop tactical plans, monitor sales, and drive growth. You will lead and empower staff, ensure SOP-compliant visuals and merchandising, and identify expansion opportunities.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, at least 4 years in retail ops, strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure and interact with all levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in retail operations management.
• Great leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude, and able to interact with all level of people and motivate others.
• A team player with good problem-solving skills and possess high degree of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of stores and develop and implement short-term and long-term tactical plans in line with the company's strategies.
• Regular monitoring of store sales and ensuring goals and expectations are achieved.
• Lead, motivate, and empower staff to maximize customer satisfaction, and business results and ensure continuous business growth.
• Responsible to ensure store visual layout and projection are in compliance with SOP, well organized and properly merchandised.
• Analysis of the market to identify expansion opportunities within the area.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
