Job summary

Segi Fresh in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Selangor and ensure smooth, policy-compliant performance.

You will lead a team, manage inventory, coordinate marketing efforts, train staff, and maintain safety, cash handling, and licenses. The role requires at least 3 years in a similar role and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and store operations.
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and support marketing efforts.
• Control costs and inventory to improve profitability.
• Track sales and use local marketing to meet targets.
