Job summary

Lockton in Malaysia is seeking a senior Lead Business & Systems Analyst to drive end-to-end analysis for digital and technology solutions across Asia. The role involves translating business needs into functional and system requirements, working with architects, developers and vendors through design, development, testing and deployment, and ensuring adoption across regions.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in business and systems analysis, plus 3–5 years in insurance or insurance broking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 6–8 years’ experience in business and systems analysis incl. digital applications.
• 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in insurance or insurance broking delivering tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements end-to-end and translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Shape and validate solution designs with architects, developers and vendors.
• Support implementation, testing, UAT and regional adoption of technology solutions.
• Bridge business and technology teams to drive clarity, decisions and delivery.
• Analyze complex problems to define pragmatic, fit-for-purpose solutions.
