Job summary

Vistra in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Regional) to drive inbound and outbound lead engagement, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to convert interest into qualified opportunities.

You will operate within a global SDR team, leveraging ABM and multi-channel outreach across a regional scope while ensuring a healthy, well-qualified pipeline for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or similar role.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound lead engagement to qualify opportunities.
• Develop pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies and ABM where applicable.
• Qualify prospects against ICP, coordinate discovery meetings, and hand off to Account Executives.
• Own SDR activities within assigned region and support additional regions as needed.
• Utilise CRM and sales engagement tools to track activity, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure data quality.
• Meet or exceed targets for meetings booked, opportunities generated, and pipeline contribution.
