Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking a Regional Sales Performance Specialist to support regional management with performance analytics and strategic initiatives. You will connect with headquarter teams to ensure effective regional gameplans and growth execution.

You will analyze business drivers, manage information sources, and drive multiple priorities while engaging senior stakeholders. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Commerce/Statistics/Finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in business performance management or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills to process drivers and translate insights into initiatives.
• Excellent English communication; experienced with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Compile, develop and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
• Highlight off-trends and opportunities; ensure timely reviews.
• Align regional targets across business functions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel and Franchise Managers on strategy and retention.
• Work with RMT to establish ROI and post-event evaluation.
• Conduct market visits and provide improvement feedback.
