Job summary

CelcomDigi is seeking a Head of Region to lead end-to-end sales and retail performance across an assigned region in Malaysia. You will shape regional strategy, drive channel expansion, and coach a high-performance team with P&L accountability.

As HOR, you will partner with Marketing, CX, Finance, Store Development and HR to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency while achieving growth in prepaid/postpaid and fibre adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related discipline.
• 16+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Retail or Commercial Operations.
• Strong expertise in regional sales management and channel development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the regional direction for sales and retail, delivering performance and growth.
• Develop and own multi-year regional sales and retail strategy aligned with company goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into action plans with clear KPIs and milestones.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform go-to-market decisions.
• Drive expansion across direct and indirect channels while optimizing cost-to-serve.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performance regional leadership team.
• Own P&L accountability for the region and coordinate cross-functional execution.
