Job summary

CelcomDigi is seeking a Regional Sales Performance Specialist to support regional management with business performance insights and initiative execution across functions. You will connect with headquarter teams to ensure the regional gameplan drives growth.

You will compile and analyze performance data, align regional targets, and collaborate with Sales, Channel, Franchise Managers on marketing strategies and ROI evaluation. Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

Recognized degree in Commerce/Statistics/Finance or equivalent.
3 - 5 years of experience in business performance management, business strategy or project management.
Strong analytical skill to process business drivers and translate trending into meaningful initiatives or roadmap.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and regional teams and obtaining buy-in.
Excellent knowledge of Excel, PPT and Financial Modeling.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Compile, develop and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting. Identify trends and opportunities; monitor regional performance.
Ensure alignment of regional targets across all business functions and participate in coverage meetings.
Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Franchise Managers on marketing strategy (acquisition) and retention programs.
Work with RMT on business papers and establish ROI from activities; monitor effectiveness and post-event evaluation.
Conduct market visitation to understand market, products and competitors; provide feedback and improvement plans.
