Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Inside Sales/ Sales Operations professional to manage the full inside sales cycle, from quotation preparation to order fulfilment. You will coordinate with logistics providers, prepare proposals, and ensure accurate documentation in ERP/CRM systems.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of Incoterms and freight assumptions, and the ability to support regional or global customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full inside sales cycle (quotations, orders, fulfilment).
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and freight assumptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with regional/global customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inside sales operations from quotation to delivery.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals ensuring pricing, Incoterms, and freight assumptions.
• Coordinate order entry through delivery with logistic providers and internal teams.
• Maintain ERP/CRM records for customers, quotations, and orders.
• Identify process improvements to sales support and operations.
