Epson Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Sales Account Manager (Microdevice) to lead regional sales efforts with customers and distributors. The role focuses on expanding local business, developing strong customer relationships, and driving sales promotions in a dynamic electronics market.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in sales or related fields, a degree in Business or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, and proven track records in sales leadership and negotiation.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in the related field is required.
• Strong understanding of electronics and ICT industries.
• Proven track record in sales management and business development.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written/spoken communication.
• Independent, proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and distributor sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Expand local business with assigned customers and distributors.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, especially R&D capability.
• Perform sales promotions with solid product knowledge.
• Drive distributors to expand sales promotion activity.
• Handle QA issues, environmental/CM/PCN/EOL matters.
• Manage demand and supply to meet customer/distributor needs.
• Support Marketing with surveys, trade shows, and Customer Day activities.
