Job summary
Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Business Development Lead for Cooling to identify, nurture, and close sales opportunities in datacenter and critical cooling applications across SEA. You will work with customers and partners to design tailored cooling solutions and drive strategic growth.
The role requires a strong background in datacenter cooling, AI/liquid cooling knowledge, and a record of successful business development in tech or datacenter environments.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development or sales within technology or datacenter industries.
- Strong understanding of datacenter cooling systems, technologies, and market trends.
- Experience with AI/Liquid Cooling technology or product line.
- Focus on sustainability or energy efficiency in datacenter cooling solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage new business development activities for the assigned vertical to achieve objectives and increase win rates.
- Make Schneider Electric products and services the preferred choice and trusted partner.
- Collaborate with country leadership to build a strong Partner ecosystem.
- Work with LOB & Presales to create battle cards and support preselling.
- Analyze market, product development, and pricing concerning competitors.
