Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; MBA advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience in a similar industry.
• Track record in leading complex solution selling for data centers (HVAC, IT, Electrical/BMS/Security/Energy Management).
• Entrepreneurial attitude with drive to overachieve and succeed.
• Experience influencing C-suite-level clients with value propositions.
• Ability to translate business problems to technical solutions and guide proposal development.
• Exposure to complex commercial processes, tendering and project management.
• Outstanding interpersonal and fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become subject matter expert on Schneider Electric's Prefabricated Data Center portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop opportunities with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users.
• Hunt for new clients and opportunities for Prefabricated Data Centers.
• Evangelize benefits at industry events.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop designs and proposals.
• Manage all aspects of the business pursuit process to maximize win rates and revenue growth.
