Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Recruit, train, mentor and motivate a high-performance sales team, conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
• Manage high-level relationships with key retailers, 2DB, and strategic partners for retention and growth.
• Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to identify opportunities.
• Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales planning, and operations to align sales efforts with company resources.
