Carlsberg Malaysia in Kuching seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and accelerate growth across our brands in the region.

You will drive profitability, manage distributor relationships, and execute local promotions while ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to translate plans into actionable field execution across channels.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5–6 years in progressively growing sales management roles, preferably FMCG.
• Strong English communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share in Kuching and surrounding areas.
• Translate strategies into action plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and coach the local sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing for localized promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and route-to-market strategies.
• Prepare and review forecasts, budgets, and sales reports.
