Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Regional Area Lead (Retail) to oversee sales productivity and frontliner capability across an assigned cluster of partner retail outlets for a leading multinational telecommunications brand.

You will coach store staff to boost device-and-plan bundling sales, uphold visual merchandising, and hit monthly activation targets. The role requires 1–2 years in retail or sales, fluency in communication, and a basic track record of achieving targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience; telecom industry is an added advantage
• Able to communicate fluently and perform sales independently
• Familiar with the retail environment and customer handling
• Possesses a basic track record of achieving targets

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets, promotions and product bundles while monitoring store performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and coach staff on sales and customer service.
• Train staff on products, SOPs and systems, including refresher training.
• Ensure stores follow pricing, promotions and SOPs, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete store reports, track training attendance and monitor store performance.
