Qualifications

• The role requires 5–8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in telecommunications or retail.
• Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and ability to manage a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Solid commercial awareness and familiarity with data analysis principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations to maximize sales, enhance customer experience, and control costs.
• Organize and delegate tasks to staff, ensuring efficient and successful store management.
• Monitor and manage staff performance in sales, service, customer experience, and compliance.
• Maintain seamless operations across cash handling, inventory, store layout, POSM, displays, and in-store merchandising.
• Develop and mentor staff, providing motivation, coaching, and guidance to ensure high operational standards.
• Enforce quality and compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Analyze store reports and implement initiatives for quick operational improvements.
• Provide feedback to the Regional Retail Manager to elevate retail standards.
• Act as a role model and change agent, promoting CD Retail Culture throughout the store.

• Enforce quality and compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in telecommunications or retail industries.
• Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating a team with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of retail management best practices; experience in Retail Specialist or Retail Expert roles is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong people management skills; approachable, responsible, and an attentive listener.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical mindset, and familiarity with data analysis principles.
• Positive, passionate, collaborative, creative, self-motivated, resourceful, team-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
