Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northern region to drive sales strategies and regional performance across stores and channels. You will oversee channel readiness, negotiate with partners, and guide sales teams to achieve revenue targets while expanding Xiaomi's market presence.

The role requires a strong track record in consumer electronics or retail, fluency in English, and preferably Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or regional leadership role.
Proven track record in consumer electronics or retail industry preferred.
Fluent in English for communication; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives; ensure readiness for product launches and long-term business growth.
Achieve sales and margin targets for assigned product categories; optimize product portfolio decisions to capture market opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Drive commercial discussions, ensure channel readiness, and oversee sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through execution.
Lead and mentor regional sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and building talent pipelines.
Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to optimize regional performance.
