Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or regional leadership role.
• Proven track record in consumer electronics or retail industry preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Fluent in English for communication with overseas colleagues; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives; ensure readiness for product launches and long-term business growth.
• Achieve sales and margin targets for assigned product categories; optimize product portfolio decisions to capture market opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Drive commercial discussions, ensure channel readiness, and oversee sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through execution.
• Lead and mentor regional sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and building talent pipelines.
• Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to optimize regional performance.
