SITI KHADIJAH APPAREL SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an Area Manager to lead retail operations across multiple stores in the region. You will drive sales, implement business plans, and ensure operational excellence in line with company standards.

You will develop regional KPIs, coach store teams, manage stock, and collaborate with HR for performance development, vacancies, and training, while traveling as needed to support stores and ensure consistent customer experience nationwide.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year or more of multi-store management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience as store manager or managerial position in Retail industry.
• Required Skill(s): Google Sheet, Microsoft Office, with a favorable understanding of Retail POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Computer literate with strong skills in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve overall sales and financial objectives for assigned stores/territory through planning and execution of business plans.
• Develop and implement regional and store KPIs; ensure compliance with policies for operations, security, health and safety.
• Lead performance management, set targets, and create training plans; conduct PIP for underperforming staff.
• Lead and coach Retail team to deliver excellent shopping experience to customers.
• Maintain product knowledge across team and communicate it to customers per SK standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to raise operational performance nationwide.
• Manage stock replenishment and movement; coordinate inter-store transfers and HQ replenishments.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training and development; manage budgets and reporting.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising with VMD team; support store openings and project management.
• Produce and maintain operations reports; ensure high retail standards.
