Job summary

SC Johnson in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Procurement to lead regional logistics procurement for APAC markets, aligning with global category strategies and driving cost and cash improvements.

You will negotiate with carriers, optimize total cost of ownership, and collaborate with Finance, Legal and regional teams to ensure supply continuity and value delivery across ocean freight, warehousing, and other logistics services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum five years of procurement experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong cross-cultural collaboration across APAC regions.
• Proficiency in data-driven procurement analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead regional logistics procurement strategies.
• Analyze regional logistics markets and cost drivers.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events and supplier due diligence.
• Drive cost savings and value delivery in regional spend.
• Manage SRM with key carriers and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders.
