This role suits a healthcare marketer with experience turning disease awareness into meaningful patient action—from seeking medical advice to starting and staying on treatment—across Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines or Vietnam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer health marketing, including 2 years in patient engagement, medical education or consumer activation.
• Direct ownership of patient- or consumer-facing healthcare campaigns, with evidence of measurable engagement, behaviour change or disease awareness.
• Strong digital marketing experience across paid media, content strategy and campaign analytics.
• Experience working within medical, legal and regulatory review processes.
• Ability to translate complex medical information into clear, accessible communications for patients and the public.

Responsibilities

• Develop patient and consumer activation strategies aligned with brand and medical priorities.
• Lead campaigns across digital, social media and community channels to improve disease awareness and encourage patients to seek care.
• Use patient insights to address barriers across diagnosis, treatment initiation and adherence.
• Partner with medical teams, patient organisations and healthcare providers to support patient education and referral pathways.
• Manage agencies, campaign budgets and performance measurement, ensuring materials meet medical, legal and regulatory review requirements.
