Job summary

Roche Malaysia seeks a Patient Journey Partner to embed within the local healthcare ecosystem, driving patient outcomes and sustainable business growth. The role collaborates across Medical Affairs, Access, and Customer Experience to deliver end-to-end patient solutions.

You will engage KOLs, healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and patient groups; design educational initiatives; and manage budgets with agile digital tools to optimize the patient journey in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Economics or related field; MBA advantageous.
• 3–5 years engaging healthcare professionals in roles such as Key Account Manager, Product/Brand Manager, MSL, or Customer Experience Lead.
• Strong understanding of healthcare account management, commercial strategies, and patient journey optimization in Malaysia.
• Fluent in local language with strong professional English for cross-regional collaboration; comfortable with digital engagement tools and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Performance: Develop and execute strategic territory plans using data insights to achieve outcomes across therapeutic areas.
• Cultivate Ecosystem Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and patient groups.
• Optimize Patient Lifecycles: Identify and remove pain points along the patient journey; translate insights into lifecycle and market access strategies.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Support: Lead with internal Medical Affairs, Access, and Customer Experience teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Activate Educational Initiatives: Design and execute customer engagement events, scientific programs, and digital activation activities.
• Champion Sustainable Operations: Manage allocated budgets while embedding agile methodologies and digital tools in daily engagement.
