Job summary

Atome Financial, headquartered in Singapore and operating in Malaysia, seeks a seasoned Partnerships leader to drive regional PSP collaborations and merchant network expansion. You will own channel performance, negotiate commercial agreements, and work with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to launch growth initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including PSPs, payment gateways, acquirers, and merchant acquiring.
• Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and growing revenue or GMV.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements with enterprise partners.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage performance metrics and drive business growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across regional and cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regional environment with multiple markets and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with regional and local PSPs.
• Drive merchant acquisition through PSP partners and expand Atome's merchant network.
• Build and maintain relationships with key DTC merchants to increase payment adoption and GMV.
• Own the performance of partnership channels by tracking GMV, merchant activation, and growth metrics.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to execute partnership initiatives and launches.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
