Job summary

Vision Mission Cleaning Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur leads and manages daily operations, ensuring service delivery excellence across Malaysia and regional markets. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, manpower, resources and site mobilization to guarantee timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, SOP development, ISO/OSH compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Project and Finance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in operations management & services industry.
• Experience in SOP development, ISO and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Willing to travel and perform operational duties when required.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, safety, ISO or ESG practices will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations, including manpower, resources, work schedules, service delivery and operational performance.
• Develop, implement and monitor operational plans, SOPs, procedures and work processes to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
• Oversee project planning and scheduling, including timelines, manpower, resources, equipment and site mobilisation, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project and service performance, including site inspections, customer requirements, service quality, complaints and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Project, Finance and other departments to ensure effective project execution, customer servicing and operational coordination.
• Manage operational budgets, costs and client billing coordination with Finance to ensure proper cost control and timely billing.
• Support regional business operations across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and other assigned markets, including project mobilisation, scheduling, resource planning and service implementation.
• Lead and manage the Operations and Project teams, including delegation, manpower planning, performance monitoring, coaching and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, SOPs, productivity, service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's IMS, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015, and monitor audit findings, corrective actions, KPIs and required records.
• Ensure accurate and timely operational documentation and reporting, including project schedules, service reports, checklists, manpower and equipment records.
• Assist Management in strategic planning and business development, and perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
