Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities from planning through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members.
• Monitor project progress, costs, resources, and quality.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements.
• Resolve conflicts and support the team in achieving project objectives.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for management.
• Conduct project reviews and identify lessons learned for future improvements.
