Job summary

Audax Capital Sdn Bhd, managing the Khulafa multi-chain restaurant, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across outlets, ensuring consistency with company standards.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong problem-solving, leadership and travel between outlets to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs. Flexible hours may be required to support peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all outlets.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure customers are served promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times, including dining areas, kitchens, toilets, equipment, and staff hygiene.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections to ensure company SOPs, cleanliness standards, food handling procedures, and operational requirements are followed.
• Identify and resolve operational problems involving staff, service, equipment, maintenance, supplies, or other outlet-related matters.
• Take ownership of operational issues and follow through until the problem is fully resolved.
• Supervise and guide outlet supervisors, PICs, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure sufficient manpower and proper staff deployment according to outlet requirements and peak periods.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints appropriately and ensure recurring issues are addressed.
• Regularly visit outlets, including during peak periods, to monitor actual operating conditions.
