Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years mortgage sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a financial institution.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and Malaysian regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional mortgage sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mortgage specialists to drive performance.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and financial advisors for referrals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Oversee mortgage sales pipeline from lead generation to disbursement for a smooth customer journey.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
• Act as primary contact for complex inquiries and escalations.
