Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of mortgage sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong customer service and relationship-building focus.
Deep knowledge of mortgage products and Malaysian regulatory landscape.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional mortgage sales plans to meet targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate mortgage sales team for high performance.
Monitor market trends and competitors to refine strategies.
Build relationships with real estate agents, developers, and financial advisors.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Oversee mortgage pipeline from lead to disbursement for smooth customer journey.
Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management.
Serve as primary contact for complex inquiries and escalations.
