Job summary

RHB Investment Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dynamic leader to head the Mortgage Team and drive sales performance across regional campaigns. You will coach a PBM team, align with BDM Secured Assets and RSH Assets, and boost product awareness through training and strong partner networks.

You will plan campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with banking guidelines while delivering excellent customer service and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience at financial institutions.
• Knowledge of financing products, sales and operation processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, especially with partners.

Responsibilities

• Achieve PBM Team sales targets and build relationships with Developers, Real Estate Agents, Solicitors and Valuers to grow Mortgage business.
• Engage with PBM, BDM Secured Asset, RSH Asset, Product Owner and GRD for products, promotions and campaigns.
• Plan sales activities, roadshows and events to drive Mortgage sales.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Jointly set and review sales targets with RSH Assets and BDM Secured Assets for PBM.
• Conduct periodic competitors analysis and report to management.
• Review sales performance by team and individuals; resolve complaints and ensure ethics.
• Support headcount planning, PIP appeals, and related operational matters.
