Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Regional Head of Marketing Communications to lead strategy across Malaysia and Singapore, strengthening brand equity and driving business growth.

You will oversee integrated campaigns across brand communications, PR, partnerships, social media, CRM, content, creative, retail marketing and consumer engagement, while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and ROI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
• Strong experience in integrated marketing, CRM, PR, social media and consumer engagement.
• 10 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand communications, PR, partnerships, social media, CRM, content, creative, retail marketing and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Develop and oversee integrated campaigns from strategy and creative development through to execution and evaluation.
• Drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, traffic and commercial performance through effective marketing programmes.
• Manage media relations, influencers, strategic partnerships, events and brand activations.
• Oversee social media strategy, content development and performance for all brands.
• Leverage consumer insights, market trends and data to inform marketing strategies and optimise campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, landlords and external partners to ensure effective delivery and ROI.
• Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams including Retail, E-Commerce, IT and Operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Marketing Communications team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
