Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for a growing retail and distribution business. This 360° leadership role covers brand management, CRM, content, and integrated campaigns across online and offline channels, with a hands-on approach to analytics, budgeting and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in leadership roles.
• Strong background in retail or FMCG with experience in brand management and integrated campaigns.
• Proven ability in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
• Experience managing PR, influencer and content initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
• Drive brand positioning, brand management and customer engagement across online and offline channels.
• Develop and execute integrated retail and commercial marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead CRM and customer retention initiatives, including segmentation, engagement and conversion strategies.
• Oversee PR, KOL/influencer and content management to strengthen brand visibility and reach.
• Collaborate with retail, e-commerce, sales and other units to optimize traffic, conversions and loyalty.
• Analyse insights and performance to identify growth opportunities and ROI.
