Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced marketing leader to develop and execute a comprehensive group marketing and growth strategy in Malaysia. You will lead all marketing planning, brand messaging, and digital initiatives across social, SEO/SEM, email, and content, driving engagement and conversions.

You will oversee analytics, partnerships, and events, collaborating with creative teams to deliver platform-specific content and robust campaigns that strengthen brand presence and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years in marketing leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in social media management, online advertising campaigns, content creation, and brand strategy development.
• Experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to generate growth reports and optimize campaigns.
• Proven track record in developing, planning, revenue growth, and managing marketing programs.
• Experience creating engaging content for various social platforms and adapting messaging for different audiences.
• Creative, data-driven mindset with ability to drive digital growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive group marketing and business growth strategy.
• Lead the development of all marketing plans and brand messaging.
• Oversee digital marketing including social media, SEO/SEM, website, and content.
• Plan and optimize online ads across Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor channel performance and report on engagement, reach, conversions, and lead generation.
• Manage email marketing campaigns to drive conversions and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce platform-tailored content.
• Lead the design and execution of digital campaigns across social, ads, and PR.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and networks nationwide.
• Organize marketing campaigns and industry events to enhance brand presence.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality across all marketing activities.
• Strengthen brand positioning and visibility across service lines.
