Computacenter Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistic & Trade Operation Lead to oversee end-to-end import/export operations across APAC markets, ensuring compliance and scalable processes. The role involves leading cross-border sourcing flows, governing SOPs, and coordinating with ERP systems and 3PL partners.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on leadership, a bias for automation, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders to drive regional performance and transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end import & export operations and trade compliance.
• Background in IT distribution, tech sourcing, or logistics with APAC cross-border exposure.
• Ability to implement SOPs, governance, and documentation controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end import/export logistics across regional markets with compliance focus.
• Provide consultancy on cross-border logistics and sourcing flows.
• Establish SOPs, policies, and governance for logistics operations.
• Translate trade compliance standards into local processes and audits.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and ERP systems to align data flows and controls.
• Drive process standardization, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interface with commercial, operations, and finance teams for alignment.
