Job summary

Atomic Recruitment SEA is hiring an experienced Learning & Development leader to shape and implement a regional L&D strategy across Southeast Asia. You will design programs for retail staff, managers and leaders, concentrating on leadership, people management and customer experience.

You will develop talent initiatives, partner with HR on succession planning, and manage budgets while leveraging LMS platforms to drive adoption and impact. Collaboration with regional stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of L&D or related HR experience.
• Strong experience in leadership development, retail/frontline learning and talent development.
• Regional or multi-country L&D exposure, ideally across Southeast Asia.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Learning & Development strategy across Southeast Asia, aligned with business and people priorities.
• Lead learning programmes for retail employees, managers and leaders, focusing on leadership, people management, customer experience and retail capability.
• Develop talent and career initiatives, including high-potential, leadership pipeline and early careers programmes.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on succession planning, internal mobility and capability development.
• Design and deliver learning through classroom, digital and on-the-job approaches, while driving adoption of LMS platforms.
• Track L&D effectiveness, manage the learning budget and provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, People teams and Global/APAC L&D stakeholders across the region.
• Manage external training providers and learning partners where required.
