Unison Group in Singapore and the region is seeking an IT Recruiter to source, screen and place technology professionals for client roles across the region.

You will partner with hiring managers to translate needs into clear job requirements and ads, run targeted searches using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals, and manage the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting to onboarding.

Strong English communication is essential; prior IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house) is preferred.

• Ability to screen technical profiles and assess fit with hiring managers.

• Understand client hiring needs and translate them into job requirements and search strategies.
• Source candidates for IT roles via portals, networks, referrals and Boolean search.
• Screen and interview candidates by phone, video and in person.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and report on pipeline and metrics.
