Job summary

NITORI is seeking an IT Support Desk Specialist to provide regional IT support for stores, DCs, and offices across seven ASEAN and India countries. You will troubleshoot issues, manage IT infrastructure, and support new store openings, with focus on user accounts and servers.

The role involves IT security, BPA and automation using AI/RPA tools like UiPath, including scripting and optimization across departments. Travel within Malaysia and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or CS.
• At least 3 years IT support or IT infra experience.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware, printers, networking and IT support.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Business-level English to communicate with regional teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally and possess a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Regional IT Support Desk operations for stores, DCs and offices in 7 countries.
• PC, network and POS management including asset inventory and licensing.
• New store opening support: ordering, purchasing and on-site setup.
• Account and server administration: AD, file server, AWS EC2, backups.
• IT security management: endpoint protection and access controls.
• BPA and automation initiatives using AI/RPA tools including UiPath.
