Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Regional HR Head/Manager to build and strengthen our talent capability across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The immediate priority focuses on attracting and hiring high-calibre talent while developing a robust talent pipeline that supports business growth.

You will lead regional recruitment, organisational development, performance management, employee engagement and compliance, partnering with senior management to shape HR strategies

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience including 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law; ASEAN regulations a plus.
• Hands-on leader with business acumen and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end regional recruitment strategies for key functions and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with department heads to identify capability gaps and drive organisational development.
• Advise on HR compliance, handle disciplinary cases and foster employee engagement.
• Benchmark and implement competitive compensation and advisory strategies aligned with business growth.
