Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Admin/Management/IR/Psychology or related.
- Master's degree in HRM/Business Admin or related field is an added advantage.
- Professional HR certification (e.g. MIHRM, SHRM, CIPD or equivalent) desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of regional HR strategies and initiatives across the region.
- Act as strategic HR business partner to the Regional CEO and leadership team.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support operational and business decisions.
- Align workforce strategies with regional business objectives and manpower requirements.
- Oversee foreign worker management and labour administration within the region.
- Monitor workforce productivity and performance trends; drive learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, collective agreements and company policies.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness.
