Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking a Manager, Regional HR to lead HR strategy and serve as a regional business partner to the CEO and leadership team, aligning workforce plans with regional objectives.

You will oversee talent management, development, recruitment for critical roles, and ensure compliance with Malaysian laws while driving engagement and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 10–12 years HR experience with 5 years in regional/managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and IR/ER.
• Experience in talent management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and act as regional HR business partner to leadership.
• Oversee workforce planning, succession, and talent management across region.
• Coordinate recruitment for critical regional roles and support retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance on industrial relations and employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, agreements and company policies.
• Drive engagement and organizational development across units.
