Job summary

Amberfire Technology Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its business in Malaysia and seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth in construction and industrial sectors.

You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing, while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners to promote fire protection products and solutions, achieve sales targets,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Building Materials, Construction, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
• Strong understanding of construction projects and sales processes.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within construction and industrial sectors.
• Generate new leads and develop opportunities from enquiry through to sales conversion.
• Identify tender projects and upcoming developments aligned with company products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, project owners and other stakeholders.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, client engagements, site visits, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, follow-up and closing.
• Promote and present fire protection products and solutions to clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, logistics, project execution and delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Provide regular reports and market insights to Management.
