Grab Taxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a governance-focused professional to strengthen the regional governance infrastructure and compliance posture.

You will work with the Grab Support (GS) Governance team to implement policies, manage regulatory requirements, and partner with stakeholders to mitigate risk across markets. The role involves developing frameworks, conducting audits, and delivering executive dashboards for senior leadership, with opportunities to leverage Generative AI for policy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, or related field (e.g. audit).
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and policy drafting, implementation, and auditing.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain governance frameworks and compliance policies aligned with local standards.
• Lead governance assessments and audits across business units to identify risks and design mitigations.
• Prepare executive-ready governance reports and dashboards for leadership and boards.
• Leverage AI tools to research regulations, draft policy updates, and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to align initiatives with governance protocols.
• Support board and committees with governance functions and training for regional teams.
