Job summary

Grab seeks a senior Procurement G&I Manager to architect the governance and risk framework across our procurement function. You will translate strategy into practical policies, playbooks, and system rules used by Category & Commercial teams, and own the supplier risk/ESG agenda end-to-end.

You report to the Head of Procurement G&I, and play a pivotal role across Grab’s regional entities. You will lead with an independent, first-principles mindset, embracing AI-enabled tooling to redesign how

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in procurement, sourcing, risk, or commercial operations with governance depth
• TPRM knowledge beyond a checklist including ESG integration
• Comfortable with spend data and storytelling from it
• Written policies or frameworks with tangible impact
• Ability to influence change and communicate clearly to business partners

Responsibilities

• Establish Grab's procurement governance and risk framework architecture and implement it
• Translate procurement strategy into policies, playbooks, and system rules used by Category & Commercial teams
• Own supplier risk and ESG agenda end-to-end from segmentation to monitoring
• Support Head of Procurement G&I and shape team direction across regions
• Report to Head of Procurement G&I and operate base onsite with regional scope across Grab entities
