Grab Malaysia seeks a dynamic Tech Governance Transformation Lead to drive automation and reporting across governance, risk and AI matters. You will partner with Tech, Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to embed security-by-design and governance-by-design into new initiatives, ensuring risks are addressed before production deployment.

You will lead automation platforms, data pipelines, and controls, while advising on tech governance and AI-related concerns across initiatives, with

Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, automation, internal tooling, or governance tech.
Experience in technology audit, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, and controls.
Translate requirements into automated controls, dashboards, and reporting.
Develop or implement control automation and governance dashboards.
Provide advisory support on technology, security, AI, and risk.
Explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Design, develop, and operate backend services and automation workflows.
Build internal tools and UIs using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
Scale AI-driven governance tools for checks, evidence collection, and reporting.
Translate control requirements into automated rules and remediation workflows.
Drive governance improvements with automation and traceability.
