Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior management roles in real estate/property development
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; Master's preferred
• Experience in Construction, Design and Build, Architecture & Interior Design

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, operational and financial management to drive growth and profitability
• Oversee design and build projects to ensure on-time, within budget, and high-quality outcomes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to optimize financial performance
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners; lead business development
• Represent the company at industry events and drive opportunities for growth
• Promote culture of quality and continuous improvement across projects
