Job summary

Ninja Van Malaysia is seeking a senior sales leader to drive the growth of our freight forwarding business across the region. You will own the regional go-to-market strategy, target large multinationals and fast-growing SMEs, and lead the pursuit of the most strategic accounts.

You will work closely with operations, finance, and sales offices to shape product and pricing, and to ensure cohesive cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• 3-5 years in a sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and reliably.
• Proficient in data analysis and pricing models.
• Experience scaling and/or building business.
• Plug-and-play candidate with existing freight forwarding client base.

Responsibilities

• Lead building and expansion of the freight forwarding business in the region and establish capabilities across countries.
• Define key target industries, customer profiles, and geographic focus areas.
• Develop go-to-market strategy to penetrate new customer segments.
• Lead pursuit and negotiate with the company’s largest strategic accounts.
• Implement CRM and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and onboarding.
