Job summary

Omega Pork Noodle Sdn Bhd in Selangor is looking for a proactive F&B Operations Senior Executive to oversee multiple outlets, ensure consistent service and food quality, and drive performance by implementing SOPs and standardised processes.

You will lead outlet teams, monitor operations, train staff, and collaborate with HR, Accounts, Marketing, and the Central Kitchen to meet business targets while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
• Strong understanding of outlet management, SOP implementation, staff training, and service standards.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently, travel between outlets, and handle operational challenges.
• Proficient in reporting and operational data analysis.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations, manpower deployment, workflow, and overall outlet performance.
• Implement and enforce SOPs, recipes, portion control, food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Train, coach, and guide outlet teams to improve service delivery, productivity, and operational consistency.
• Monitor sales performance, labour costs, food costs, wastage, and other operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company policies.
• Identify operational issues, resolve customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports, conduct outlet visits, and coordinate with HR, Accounts, Marketing, and the Central Kitchen.
• Recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, profitability, and outlet performance.
