Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Penang is seeking an Operation Executive for D'Laksa in the Northern Region.

The role is fast-paced, involves overseeing multiple outlets, travel across Penang and Kedah, and leading a team to deliver consistent F&B service and profitability. You will manage staffing, training, licensing compliance, and daily reports, while coordinating with management and suppliers. A Diploma with at least 1 year in F&B is required; strong leadership, multilingual communication

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Strong background in F&B with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant operations are efficient and profitable.
• Supervise and support outlets within the region.
• Train, motivate, supervise and evaluate service staff.
• Prepare training materials and conduct onsite training.
• Ensure licensing, hygiene and safety regulations are met.
• Liaise with customers, staff, suppliers and authorities.
• Plan staff rosters and manage labor costs.
• Conduct staff appraisals and audits as required.
• Travel between outlets across Penang, Kedah and other states.
