D'Laksa is seeking an Operations Support professional based at the KL outlet in Putrajaya, with responsibility for day‑to‑day operations, food prep, and ensuring top customer service. The role requires leadership, a collaborative mindset, and flexibility to travel to other outlets as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• Strong background in F&B with leadership abilities.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations and food prep follow SOPs.
• Provide high-quality service to customers.
• Keep kitchen and dining area clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Collaborate with management and AEON management.
• Monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Travel between outlets as scheduled and cover local/outstation outlets.
• Attend to customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle halal matters, pest control, and audits.
