PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Executive / Senior Executive to drive Strategy & Business Transformation. You will define KPI health metrics and monitor performance across country, team and consultants to surface trends and risks.

You will identify bottlenecks in recruitment funnels and client portfolios, design targeted actions, and support execution to measure impact. Fluency in English is required; Japanese is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in business, economics, engineering or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years in business planning, commercial planning, sales planning or a related analytical role.
• Experience in recruitment or HR services in APAC advantageous.
• Executive-ready materials: translate complex analysis into clear leadership-ready materials.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables; familiarity with Power Query or SQL; ATS/CRM data (Bullhorn) advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Japanese a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with ownership to drive initiatives through to execution.

Regional Executive / Senior Executive - Strategy & Business Transformation

KPI design and performance monitoring: Define a robust set of KPIs that reflect the health of the business, and monitor performance regularly at country, team and consultant level to surface trends and risks early.

Bottleneck identification: Analyse the recruitment funnel and client portfolio to identify where performance is constrained and to diagnose underlying structural shifts in the business.

Action design and execution support: Partner with business heads and managers to define targeted initiatives, support their implementation through to completion, and evaluate their impact.

Business reviews and manager engagement: Lead regular business performance reviews and facilitate data-driven discussions that challenge assumptions, sharpen priorities and drive measurable changes in how managers lead their teams.

Standardisation and automation of measurement and analysis: Leverage data from the business data platform and AI tools to standardise and automate KPI measurement, reporting and analysis, improving efficiency and consistency across markets.

Profile Requirement
Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Economics, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline is preferred.

Experience:

Planning experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in business planning, commercial planning, sales planning or a related analytical role.

Industry: Prior experience in the recruitment or HR services industry within the APAC region is advantageous.

Professional skills:

Executive-ready materials: Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear, concise and decision-oriented materials for senior leadership and business heads.

Analytical skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, advanced functions) to process and consolidate large volumes of business data, with the ability to identify and articulate the key drivers behind KPI movements. Experience with Power Query or SQL, and with ATS/CRM data (e.g. Bullhorn), is advantageous.

AI adoption: Proactively adopts AI tools to enhance productivity, analytical quality and ways of working.

Stakeholder engagement: Confident engaging front-line managers as a credible peer, using data to frame performance discussions and influence action. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese is advantageous.

Mindset: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong ownership and a commitment to driving initiatives through to successful execution.
