Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Manager, Electrical to provide regional technical leadership across Southeast Asia data center operations and drive consistency in engineering standards and practices.

You will oversee electrical infrastructure operations, including HV/MV/LV distribution, transformers, protection systems, UPS, generators, and monitoring platforms, while leading incident response and RCA activities for reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering or related discipline.
• 8-12 years of experience in electrical engineering, facilities operations, or critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional technical leadership and governance for electrical infrastructure across Southeast Asia data center operations.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of HV/MV/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear, protection, generators, UPS and monitoring platforms.
• Act as regional Electrical SME and escalation point for complex issues and incidents; lead RCA and preventive actions.
