Job summary

DayOne is a global leader in data centers, seeking a Regional Electrical Leader to drive electrical infrastructure governance across Southeast Asia for our growing portfolio. You will shape standards, manage lifecycle of HV/MV/LV systems, and provide technical oversight for critical operations across multiple sites.

Travel across Southeast Asia is required. The role demands 8–12 years in electrical engineering, a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, and strong expertise in protection,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years in electrical engineering, facilities ops, or critical infra.
• Proven SME for complete electrical infrastructure lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution, switchgear, UPS, and protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional technical leadership and governance for electrical infra across SEA data center ops.
• Drive consistency in engineering standards, maintenance strategies, and risk management.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and lifecycle of critical electrical infra (HV/MV/LV, transformers, switchgear, UPS).
• Provide advanced technical support for protection and power quality issues.
• Lead RCA and implement corrective actions across the region.
• Coordinate with contractors and OEMs to ensure quality and safety.
